As you are aware, I have been a victim of ongoing racism and retaliation based the label I suffered when I stood up for Black children in the foster care system. Vice President Kamala Harris, you even passed anti-lynching legislation based on the stalking and wrongs that I suffered.
Even though the bullies were proven wrong and had to pay my attorneys a settlement, the racists recently reached out to where I live and to the Morongo Band of Mission Indian Casino Headquarters and Cabazon Sheriff's Station Headquarters, who own the property where I live, and repeated the slander.
Without question, or intuitive wisdom, the Morongo Band of Mission Indians and Cabazon Tribal Headquarters immediately had their tribal helicopter fly over where I reside, and shoot military grade rays at me for several hours, hurting my head and body in an effort to cause devastating harm and death. I recently found out they did the same thing my other obviously Black relatives.
I have spent my life trying to build the world and make positive differences. Their racially and religious motivated hate crime and stalking with their drone, against me and my family, is not acceptable in the United States in 2025, and needs to be addressed.
To those noted above, please speak out because you are aware of my situation, and @daryl.parks.7 Ben Crump please represent me in a case against Morongo and Fantasy Springs Resort Casino Tribal leaders and Cabazon Sheriff's Station who perpetuated these racist crimes with their helicopter and their drones.
They need to be held accountable for trying to kill and for hurting me.
