Throughout the forum, candidates challenged one another on leadership, policy decisions, and their vision for the city. While tensions occasionally flared, the debate remained largely focused on issues impacting residents and the future of San Bernardino.
Many attendees viewed mayoral candidate Amy Malone as one of the evening's most prepared and policy-focused participants. Malone emphasized accountability, economic growth, public safety, and community engagement as key priorities for her administration.
In her closing statement, Amy Malone delivered a message centered on unity.
'San Bernardino needs unity, not division. One city, one community, one San Bernardino,' she told the audience, drawing massive applause from attendees."
